I received Bachelor and Masters degrees in Mathematical Science from the University of Baghdad, Iraq. At the University of Western Ontario, I completed another Masters in Mathematics in 2009 and went on to receive a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Windsor in 2015. I have taught in several universities across Canada and the Middle East in both graduates and undergraduate courses. My experience also further extends into research, with my interests mainly being focused in:
- Machine learning and Deep Learning
- Data security
- Big data and parallel processing
- Optimization
- Network security and Wireless sensor network.
