In 2010, Debora Campos was accepted to an industrial engineering program by a competitive selection test into one of the most traditional universities in Brazil called Federal University of Itajuba. During her academics years in Brazil, she gained experiences working as a human resources director into a non-profit organization that provides pre-university education for students in financial need.
She was accepted in 2012 as an exchange student at the University of Windsor in collaboration with a scholarship program provided by the Brazilian government. Recently, she joined the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) as an intern.
