Get Your Student UwinCARD

Students can now upload their photos for their UwinCARD through our new online system. To request access, please use your university email (@uwindsor.ca).
- Once you have uploaded your photo, you will receive an approval email once it's been approved. Photos are taken in the office by appointment only. Students living in residence will receive their UwinCARD during move-in. Students starting in Winter (January) 2025 can pick up their cards after January 2. Please do not come before this date. Your card will not be ready yet.
- We will do our best to accommodate any walk-in service request for summer students. You are encouraged to book an appointment to ensure our support. If you have any questions, please email uwincard@uwindsor.ca.
Encountering Issues with Your Photo Upload?
If you encounter any issues logging in, email us with the following details:
- Full Name
- Student Number
- A photo of your government identification
- A picture in JPG format (see our photo requirements below)

Photo Requirements
- Full face must be clearly visible and facing forward - no profile shots, sunglasses or hats.
- Photo must be in colour - passport photo style is best.
- Student must be the only person in the picture.
- No graduation caps, gowns, or costumes can be worn.
- Photographs must have a uniform white background with no shadows.
- Nothing can be touching the face such as hands, trees or graduation certificate.
- The picture file must be in .jpeg format. Please name the picture file your student number. (Example 12345.jpeg)
