To obtain your Nursing Badge, please visit the UwinCARD office during regular hours—no appointment is needed. We’ll use the same photo from your UwinCARD for your Nursing Badge.
Badges are $16, payable by cash, debit, or credit at the time of pickup. The badge is reusable each year.
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (closed for lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm)
The office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
