The UwinCARD is a photo identification card. It is also the access card to the Toldo Lancer Centre, as well as a Meal Plan card, a library card for the Leddy Library, a purchase card for the University Bookstore, a printing/photocopy card and a door access card.
The UwinCARD is a flexible and convenient method of budgeting your money and keeping track of how much you spend and on what. The UwinCARD is certainly one of the most important pieces of identification you will have while at University of Windsor.
You can obtain a UwinCARD at the UwinCARD Office. The office is located on the lower level of the CAW Student Centre (B 07). The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed weekends and statutory holidays) Please note you must bring along one piece of government issued photo ID.
Each semester you are enrolled in school you can get a validation sticker from the UwinCARD Office, the Information Desk (Student Cenre) or the Cashiers Office. As long as you are registered for classes your card is valid.

Replacement cards are available at a cost of $25.00
The UwinCARD Office does not operate on funding from the University of Windsor, but rather operates on a cost recovery basis. The fee for replacement cards goes toward the purchase of cards, print ribbons, equipment, staff and general operating costs.
If you have lost your UwinCARD, you should report it lost, to the UwinCARD Office or any of the Food Service Managers.
The balance in your UwinCARD account is carried over to your new card. Your card will change, your account will not.
During off hours, you can add money to your UwinCARD by using the Automatic Deposit Machine in the CAW Student Centre if you are using cash or coin. Or by signing into GET Mobile to add funds using a credit card. If you need assistance, please review this ask.UWindsor.ca article.

Your UwinCASH account balance will be automatically carried over to the next year. If your UwinCARD has no activity for a period of two years it will be deactivated by the University and any balance of funds shall become the property of the University.
To print in black and white ink, the charge is $0.07 per page and $0.24 per page to print in colour. Black and white photocopies are $0.09 per copy and $0.26 per colour copy.
