Which forms do I complete?

Procedural steps in applying to conduct research within our community partners organizations:

1. ​Download the University of Windsor application package and required documents.
2. Submit the completed package to the University of Windsor REB along with TCPS2 Core certificates for the Principal and Co-Investigators.
3. After receiving clearance, a clearance letter will be issued to the research team within the organization.
