Note: All applications must be submitted by 4pm on the Monday one week prior to the meeting date (Thursday). Late submissions will not be considered until the next review cycle. Projects receive full review when the Research Ethics Board determines that the project poses more than minimal risk to the participants. Learn about the Review Process.
Also, please be reminded, an updated TCPS2: CORE – 2022 Certificate must be submitted for each member of the research team indicated in the application, for every application, in order to have the file scheduled for the available review date. A submission that includes an older TCPS2 Certificate will not be reviewed until the updated Certificate(s) is/are provided to the Office of Research Ethics. TCPS2: CORE – 2022 Training Information.
