The University of Windsor’s Faculty of Engineering will once again be hosting our free CodENG event for boys, girls, and non-binary youth in grades 7 to 11 on Saturday, May 24th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at our Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI) building at the University of Windsor campus!
The activity this year is using Scratch programming to design and code a Pacman Video Game in our CEI Computer labs. Guided by UWindsor Engineering mentors, participants will be introduced to programming through a fun, interactive activity that is applicable to engineering and can lead to discovering real-life applications of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
No previous coding experience is required, and participants do not need to bring a laptop or computer.
