About Bounce Back 

Bounce Back is a program designed to support students struggling to succeed during their post-secondary experience. This program takes a holistic approach to student success, focusing on ways to increase your academic performance through effective and evidence-based learning strategies and providing stress management and wellness skills to support your post-secondary success. Established on campus in 2018, this long-standing program has consistently supported students in achieving academic and personal success such as increased GPAs, lowered stress levels, and a greater sense of belonging on campus. Bounce Back is right for you if you:

We are currently offering two cohorts of Bounce Back before reading week! These will be a condensed version of our program comprising four sessions over a two-week period. The first cohort will run Monday and Wednesday from 12-1pm est. starting February 3rd, while the second will run Tuesday and Thursday from 12-1pm est. starting February 4th. Applications are now open and will close Friday, January 31st at 12pm est. so ensure you get your application in today!
