* Each student may book a maximum of two (2) appointments per week and only one (1) in a given day.
To book an appointment, please follow these instructions:

Log in with your your UWin ID and password.

Select Writing Support.

Select Appointments.

Select View Calendar.

Select an appointment that works for you.

Fill out what you want help with and select Book Appointment.
It is best to book a week or more in advance.

Please note that Writing Support operates in the Eastern Standard Timezone.
To cancel an appointment, please follow these instructions:
- Visit https://success.uwindsor.ca.
- Log in with your UWin ID and password.
- Select Writing Support.
- Select Appointments.
- Select View Calendar.
- On the calendar that appears, select the appointment that you want to cancel.
- Select the red Cancellation button at the top of the form.
Please cancel any unwanted appointments 24 hours in advance.
If you are having difficulty cancelling an appointment via mySuccess, email writingsupport@uwindsor.ca.
* If you miss more than two (2) appointments without providing sufficient notice, your access to the service will be suspended.
