This is a sample of what our call for proposals looked like for the 2022 Lancer Leadership Conference:
Calling all UWindsor students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends! We are now accepting presentation proposals for the Lancer Leadership Conference to be held online on Friday, February 11 and 12. Do you have a story, a strategy, an experience that will assist others to lead in their personal or professional lives? The Lancer Leadership conference is a live interactive conference that provides presenters and participants with an opportunity to meet and engage with the topic of leadership. This conference builds on the previous successes of the Aim Leadership Symposium.
The Lancer Leadership Conference Organization Committee is accepting the following types of presentations:

Live online presentation

Live panel
-
Interactive session (includes group work, tasks and interactions for audience members).

Petcha Kucha (tell your recorded leadership story in 400 seconds or less!).
You can submit your presentation proposal using the Lancer Leadership Conference proposal submission form. Be prepared to provide:

the title of your presentation and a short description (under 300 words) outlining the content of your presentation,

one to three leadership competencies you will address during your presentation (view a list of leadership competencies),

Inform us what support with technology you will need.
If you would like to present as a team or group, please identify all the team members in the "other presenters" section.
