Our Events

Join Us For Some Community Building!

The PRS Office hosts a variety of events throughout the school year. We host a few ongoing events, like our Survivors & Supporters series, or our Inclusive Sex Ed workshop, but we're also always adding new events, like live podcast recordings!

The best place to stay up to date on our events is to follow us on Instagram!

Although we aren't hosting regular in-person workshops and events during the summer, there are so many ways you can get involved with Prevent Resist Support programming during the summer! Continue reading to learn how.

Request Training

During the summer, we offer closed trainings for staff, volunteers, and faculty.

We can cover content about consent, workplace boundaries, responding to disclosures of sexual violence, the Sexual Misconduct Policy, and more.

To make a request for training, email Anne at arudzins@uwindsor.ca.

Listen to our Podcast

A great way to engage with sexual violence education during the summer is through the Prevent Resist Support Podcast. Learn about campus-based sexual violence prevention and other interesting topics through engaging interviews with experts in the field. We'll be posting new episodes throughout the summer!

Our most popular episode is S1E10: What to Do When Your Friends Has Caused Harm with Robyn Ocean

Episodes are available on Spotify, Apple, etc.

Find more information on our website under the Prevent > PRS Podcast tabs.

Stay Connected

We post updates about programming and events through social media and our (e)mailing list. Connect with us to stay in the loop about all things PRS!

If you have experienced or witnessed an unwanted sexual experience and you want to talk, we're here. You deserve support.
