This best practice guide has been designed to nurture a culture of regular one-on-one conversations between leaders and employees.
The development of this guide is grounded on the data emerging from the Employee Engagement Survey (2022), the key actions of the Employee Mental Health Strategy (2023) and the Aspire Strategic Plan.
