The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is an academic service area made up of faculty, staff, and students working to enhance and support teaching and student learning at the University of Windsor.
We intentionally work toward developing authentic, trusting relationships with instructors, staff, students, and administrators. Through many and varied initiatives, we provide opportunities and space for instructional development, equitable and inclusive practice, and aligned and innovative course and program design. We commit to listening, learning, and evolving, pursuing research on teaching and learning to both enhance our approach and offerings, and position the University as an institution committed to evidence-based and quality teaching practices.
Centre programs – ranging from short workshops to granting schemes – are offered at different levels and in different formats to allow for multiple entry points and to meet the varying needs of individuals and an ever-evolving context.
