Ph.D. in Computer Science

Vlad Tusinean

I am a PhD student in my first year and a Research Assistant at the Institute for Diagnostic Imaging Research (affiliated with UWindsor), where I investigate Deep Learning-based approaches for ultrasonic non-destructive testing and evaluation in manufacturing and other domains. I attended UWindsor for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees, and I’ve been a TA/GA every semester since second year of my undergrad. I’m very familiar with how things work around here, and I look forward to creating a better environment for current and incoming PhD students.
