Our Biomedical Sciences Department offers an array of academic and experiential learning opportunities to engage students in various areas of biomedical science and health. Students are immersed in hands-on learning in the classroom, conduct cutting-edge research in our laboratories, and are engaged in our community. Our faculty are committed instructors who teach courses in subjects central to understanding how a human body works and the causes and treatments of human disease.
The Department of Biomedical Sciences offers two undergraduate programs for students interested in learning about human biology:
- BSc (Honours) in Biomedical Sciences (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology)
- BSc (Honours) in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences (Health Stream)
