Dr. Andrew Perrotta leads the Sport Science Laboratory, housed within the Centre for Human Performance and Health. His focus is on sport science and sport medicine and its direct application to enhancing health and sport performance. Dr. Perrotta is a dedicated educator in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Windsor. He teaches courses on sport science and strength & conditioning with a blend of theoretical and practical experiences to prepare students for real-world applications. The University of Windsor's Kinesiology Program is certified through the NSCA Education Recognition Program, reflecting its commitment to high standards. Dr. Perrotta's courses are meticulously designed to equip undergraduate and graduate students with the knowledge and skills necessary to challenge the NSCA-CSCS and CSEP-CEP certifications, paving the way for them to become proficient practitioners upon graduation.
