Student Misconduct: Non-Academic

The process for adjudicating non-academic misconduct matters is outlined in the "Procedures for Addressing Student Non-Academic Misconduct" document. To access the most up-to-date version of this document, access the Non-Academic Misconduct page.

Any member of the University community can make a complaint regarding student non-academic misconduct. Allegations of non-academic misconduct are to be forwarded directly to the Office of the Associate Vice-President, Student Experience on an NA Form 1.1.

Under the Procedures, only the Associate Vice-President, Student Experience, and Provost (or Associate Vice-President, Academic) can adjudicate and impose sanctions on non-academic misconduct matters.
