Our mission is to assist higher education facilities, officers, and staff to develop, maintain and promote high standards and professional ideals for the management of campus facilities.

The conference takes place on the University of Windsor campus from May 29th through May 31th, 2024, and includes an exciting array of educational and networking programs that draw upon our theme, “Sustainability Is The Future - Strengthening Ontario’s Economy” while enjoying the most southern part of Canada - Windsor.
Located in the most southern part of Ontario, Windsor is a commercial and manufacturing centre serving a rich farming area that produces fruits, vegetables, corn (maize), soybeans, grain, tobacco, and potatoes. Manufacturers in the region include motor vehicles and parts, foods and beverages, medicinal and pharmaceutical preparations, salt, industrial machinery, and other iron and steel products. Windsor is also Canada’s leading port of entry from the United States; with two tunnels, car ferries, the Ambassador Bridge and under construction the Gordie Howe International Bridge that connect with Detroit, Michigan. The city is the site of the University of Windsor, founded in 1963, when Assumption College (1857) federated into a university.

OAPPA creates educational programs and sessions that improve my knowledge of the practice of architecture and helps me to directly understand the real-world issues our higher education clients are facing.
Through sponsorship, your organization will be given an Exhibit / Vendor Booth and provide you with an opportunity to educate OAPPA attendees about your company’s products and services or talk about your latest campus project. As a sponsor, your company’s representatives will also have access to all the educational sessions of this exceptional conference, as well as multiple opportunities to network, interact and gain valuable face time with decision makers.

- Includes attendance fee for two (2) persons, an exhibitor booth, all presentation sessions, and meals (breakfast/lunch).

- Includes attendance fee for one (1) person, an exhibitor booth, all presentation sessions and meals (breakfast/lunch).

All sponsors will have their Company Logo displayed during the conference and included in conference related materials (program, signage, letterhead, etc). There will also be opportunity to include a corporate premium gift and information in a Attendees Gift Package. Lastly, sponsors will receive formal acknowledgement and thanks at all functions. The University will provide 10’ x 10’ exhibit area with table and chairs in the Law Building.

Wednesday May 29th, 2024 – Detroit River Cruise with Dinner
- Experience the sites of Windsor and Detroit Michigan on the Detroit River. The evening includes a 3-hour cruise with dinner on Wednesday evening.
Thursday May 30th, 2024 – Cooper Hawk Vineyard with Dinner & Wine Pairing
- Experience some of the fantastic wines of Essex County at the Cooper Hawk Vinyard. Start your night off with a tour and tasting of wine followed by a wine pairing dinner in the Estates on Thursday evening.
