TalentMap is a member of:

TalentMap is ISO 27001 Certified.
TalentMap uses Thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from its servers. Thawte has checked and verified the company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name.
Each survey response collected from any one respondent will be kept strictly confidential and will not be divulged by TalentMap to the University of Windsor or to any third party.
TalentMap warrants that it is compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
TalentMap also warrants that it is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization.
The University of Windsor survey data comprising all survey responses received from University of Windsor respondents, and any tabulation, reporting or analysis is the property of the University of Windsor and will be kept strictly confidential and will not be divulged by TalentMap to any third party for any purpose whatsoever except with the written consent of the University of Windsor.
The University of Windsor data may be aggregated and averaged with survey data collected from other TalentMap Clients to create a TalentMap benchmark. TalentMap warrants that any TalentMap benchmark will include the survey data of not less than five different Clients (i.e., post-secondary institutions) to protect the confidentiality of the survey data of any one Client.
Data collected for TalentMap’s surveys is transferred using the HTTPS protocol with TLS 1.3 security. This means that all data that is sent or received is encrypted and highly secure.
All survey results are stored in secure servers in the cloud. Access to the servers is strictly controlled by a firewall
The data is encrypted at rest using the AES cipher (certified by the US government as high enough quality to protect classified data at the top-secret level)
Only TalentMap’s administrators and the web servers that process the data are able to connect to these data servers.
Once collected, TalentMap’s system allows only anonymous aggregate calculations using the data.
By default, no reporting may be done on any department/unit containing fewer than 5 people.
Raw survey responses are never included in reports, instead the calculations for the reports are done on TalentMap’s secure servers and only the final result is presented for analysis.
When filtering the data to enable more detailed reports about specific subgroups, TalentMap’s system keeps track of the last several filters that were applied. This ensures that each new result set is sufficiently different from previous result sets so that it is impossible for someone to determine
how a particular individual responded.
