Creating a work environment that fosters engagement and contributes to the University's success is a journey, not a “quick fix.” The results from the Employee engagement Survey (2022) provide the baseline information from which we can measure progress. The Employee Engagement Action Group has been established to review both the qualitative and quantitative data, and identify recommendations to address the emerging opportunities for improvement.
