We are looking for faculty and staff to help us enhance communication and drive support of the Employee Engagement Survey at the Faculty/department level.
Role of Engagement Ambassadors
Listen to concerns
- Act as a point-person within your area for colleagues to bring forward concerns and/or to answer any survey-related questions.
- Bring forward feedback or issues from faculty and staff.
Inform and Communicate
- Support the communication efforts by sharing information and key messages about the survey with colleagues.
- Promote/encourage survey completion.
- Keep colleagues informed.
Support Survey Completion
- Act as a visible supporter of the survey within your area.
- Actively encourage colleagues to complete the survey prior to and during the go-live period.
