The International Educator Certificate for IB Qualification program qualifies you for an IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning, a highly regarded credential that opens doors to teaching opportunities in over 100 IB schools across Ontario and more than 5,200 schools worldwide.
This certificate offers educators the chance to explore the principles and practices of one of the three IB programs:
The program consists of four online courses and a practical component. The practical element is a professional learning community (PLC) conducted online, allowing students to complete all requirements entirely online—no matter where they are in the world.
With three intakes per year—in January, June, and September—the IB Certificate program offers flexibility for educators at all stages of their careers. Complete the certificate at your own pace, with the option to finish in as little as 8 months!

Pre-assessment of Eligibility: If you are interested in the programme and want to know if you are eligible to enroll, the Faculty of Education will pre-assess you. Please see the deadline dates to submit the request. It is preferred that an online application be submitted.
