Dr. Perrotta leads the Sport Science Laboratory, housed within the Centre for Human Performance and Health. His focus is on sport science and sport medicine and its direct application to enhancing health and sport performance. Students conduct applied research within the daily training environment of the Windsor Lancer varsity programs. Dr. Perrotta's team concentrates on examining the dose-response to exercise using wearable technology to quantify exercise stress, and to examine the response in biological function and athletic performance.
