System Status & Notifications

ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) Update – Thursday, June 12 from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

On Thursday, June 12, IT Services will be performing an update to ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. No interruption to campus services is expected.

Should you encounter an issue after the scheduled update, please reach the IT Service Desk by:

UWinsite Student Maintenance - Thursday, June 5 from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

On Thursday, June 5, IT Services will be performing system maintenance on UWinsite Student between 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. During this time, connectivity may be briefly interrupted in which case you may have to log in again.

Scheduled maintenance: Student Practicum Portal (Sonia) Wednesday, June 4 from 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM (EST)

IT Services will perform scheduled maintenance on Sonia, the Student Practicum Portal application, on Wednesday, June 4 from 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM.

Sonia will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window, and you will not be able to access the application.

UWinsite Student Maintenance - Thursday, May 1 from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

On Thursday, May 1, IT Services will be performing system maintenance on UWinsite Student between 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. During this time, connectivity may be briefly interrupted in which case you may have to log in again.

Global Protect Update - Thursday, April 3
IT Services will update GlobalProtect on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

After the update is applied, you may be prompted that a new version of GlobalProtect is available when you connect to the VPN. Accept the notification to install the new version of the GlobalProtect VPN client. The new version will be downloaded in the background, and once it is ready, you will be prompted to install it. We recommend that you reboot your computer once the installation is complete.

If you experience issues after the new version is installed, first reboot your computer. If issues persist, please contact the IT Service Desk.
