Anne Snowdon, BScN, MSc, PhD

Professor, Strategy and Entrepreneurship

Dr. Anne Snowdon is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and the Chair of the World Health Innovation Network (WIN), at the University of Windsor, Odette School of Business. Dr. Snowdon leads the work of the first Canadian health innovation centre with formal ties to the U.S., building collaborative partnerships between the two countries to contribute to advance the health of populations, accelerate health system innovation in both countries to achieve sustainability, economic value and productivity by providing support for innovators and entrepreneurs to successfully bring their discoveries to the Canadian, US  and world markets.

Currently, Dr. Snowdon is leading over 15 innovation research initiatives across seven Canadian provinces that collaborate with government, health professionals, private industry, foundations and families.  She is a member of the Ontario Health Innovation Council and currently the Chair of the Institute Advisory Board for the Institute for Human Development, Child and Youth Health, of the Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR).  She has also been appointed to the President’s Advisory committee on digital health innovation at CIHR.

Dr. Snowdon has published more than 100 research articles, papers and cases, has received over $15 million in research funding, holds patents, and has commercialized a highly successful booster seat product for children traveling in vehicles.  She holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Michigan. She is a Fulbright Scholar and was awarded the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Doctoral Fellowship for her research.

William Greenwald

William Greenwald is the founder and chief Neuroleaderologist at the Windsor Leadership Group, a global executive development and leadership coaching firm specializing in the neuropsychology of team, leadership behaviour, and communication. William works with global executives and organizations to accelerate their strategy, optimize their performance and synergistically build high performing teams and service cultures.

William is currently working through his graduate training in clinical psychology/neuroscience at Harvard University and also holds two graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent lecturer at many universities, including Wharton Business School, where he also serves as an Executive Coach to Executives and MBA students. William is also co-author of a ground-breaking new book: Be a Mindesetter: An Essential Guide to Inspire, Influence, and Impact Others.

William’s high-energy, high-impact keynote presentations and leadership events have been delivered to thousands of leaders and companies throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Russia. From teaching the art of “Story” and “Improv” in Hollywood to coaching members of a royal family on servant leadership, his genuine passion for serving and educating others has turned him into a preeminent leader, educator, and “go to” coach in the field of communications, servant leadership and service excellence.

Lionel Walsh

Lionel Walsh is an Actor and Director and teaches acting, improvisation, and character study in the BFA in Acting program. Lionel is a certified Master Teacher of the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique (Michael Chekhov Association), specializing in using the technique to facilitate the development of original solo productions based on life studies. He has conducted workshops in Improvisation and in Michael Chekhov Acting Technique in Canada, US, and Great Britain, and has coached productions with Rose Theatre and Shakespeare in Square, Brampton, ON and Hilberry Theatre, Wayne State University.

Meaghen Quinn

Meaghen is a teaching artist who is dedicated to helping others find their voice and present themselves in a confident and engaging manner.
She has been studying, instructing, and performing internationally for the past 10 years. She holds a M.F.A. from Pennsylvania State University and a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from the University of Windsor where she is currently working as Professor in the Dramatic Art department. In addition to her work as a professional artist, Meaghen is a longtime advocate for youth theatre. She devotes her summers to devising theatre with "at risk" youth for Windsor's Changing the Odds Program. Over the past three years, Meaghen has also been drawn to the business world through Enactus Windsor's award winning presentations team. Last year, the National Team won third place in all of Canada. She currently offers workshops on presentations skills to University Students, community members and new entrepreneurs, as well as R.B.C. executives.

Meaghen customizes her sessions to address her clients' needs. She covers topics such as storytelling, improvisation, script development, interpersonal communication, team building strategies, spatial awareness body language, breathe, stage fright, releasing the sound, and playing an action. She is dedicated to challenging, empowering, and encouraging her students/clients to trust their instincts, develop confidence, self-worth and individuality, and to always strive for personal excellence. Meaghen is thankful for these opportunities and looks forward to what the future holds. 


Roger Bryan

Roger Bryan is a Special Advisor to the Dean of the Odette School of Business.  He is a recently retired Management Consulting Partner from KPMG LLP where he had a 22 year career working with clients developing and helping them to implement various business strategies.  He teaches Introductory Business, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurial Consulting at the Odette School of Business.


Eric Sauve

Mr. Sauve has held the position of Managing Partner for Nexus Financial Canada Inc. since July 2013. Nexus is a consulting firm that provides contract CFO services to private and public companies and advisory services regarding securities issuance for small and midsize enterprises. Prior to July 2013 Mr. Sauve was Founder, President, CEO and CFO of Grant Hartford Corporation; a Montana based public mining company that was developing high-grade underground gold and silver deposits between 2007 and 2013. As CEO Eric lead the company through a 14 month process of becoming publicly reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by filing an S-1 Registration Statement and presented, closed, and processed over 300 investment agreements raising $15 million to fund operations. Prior to Grant Hartford, Mr. Sauve was the CFO of Electra Gold Ltd.; a Vancouver, B.C. based public mining company producing industrial minerals. Mr. Sauve holds a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia.


Trevor McFadyen

Trevor McFadyen BA MBA

Trevor McFadyen is a Business Communications and Marketing professor at the University of Windsor. He was a Business Management Consultant for the University of Windsor MBA corporate program where he performed an organizational audit of eight Windsor-Essex economic development agencies and supported business startups. He has also worked for Parks Canada as a Communications specialist, communications and marketing coordinator and communications advisor. He received his MBA from the University of Windsor in 2013.
