Zain Islail is in the business of improving healthcare outcomes in Southeast Michigan and diagnosing opportunities to spark productive cross-border partnerships. As Principal Transformation Consultant for Henry Ford Health System, Zain works with executive leaders to progress vital programs and projects for five hospitals and half a million health plan members. Part of Henry Ford’s internal consulting team, Zain draws from his Odette education and rich undergraduate volunteer experiences as he helps steer the HFHS digital and community health strategies. Zain has been recognized for his work by Crain’s Detroit Business, Leadership Windsor-Essex, and the Leamington Chamber of Commerce.
