Joel Janisse tells the stories that give life and meaning to some of the world’s most popular videogames. As Associate Narrative Director at Ubisoft Singapore, Joel leads a team of writers who conceptualize and craft scripts alongside industry-leading artists and designers. Joel levelled up his fiction-writing and narrative problem-solving skills in UWindsor Creative Writing workshops, meaning he’s now at home in imaginative and challenging professional story rooms working at the intersection of technology and the creative arts. Joel was nominated for a Writer's Guild of America Award for Achievement in Video Game Writing for his work on Assassin's Creed: Odyssey.
