Healing Happens in Community

The Student Counselling Centre’s Group Wellness Hub recognizes that students are humans first. We each come to the academic world with our own stories and past experiences that we must carry around with all the demands and stress of academia. Wellness Groups provide students skills to build resiliency and powerful tools to create change.

Our programs provide options to students seeking to improve specific areas of their lives. Topics include toxic/unhealthy relationships, social anxiety, depression, self-love, handling stress, being in the moment, finding connections, and building an enjoyable student experience at the University of Windsor.
