“The On Track to Success program has been a wonderful experience for me. I am beyond grateful for the guidance and support I have received, especially from my success coach Kaila. I had previously attended the Social Service Worker program at Fanshawe College in 2020. However, after completing my first year, I made the difficult decision to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances. In Spring of 2023, I decided I wanted to continue my education at the University of Windsor in the Social Work program. I was unsure of what the process would look like for me since I was previously at Fanshawe College, Kaila guided me through the application process to ensure my previous credits could be transferred. She even went above and beyond by providing a letter of recommendation to the University. As a result, I was able to enroll in the program and am now pursuing my BSW.
Kaila has continued to support me throughout the semester and always provides excellent resources. I strongly believe in the On Track to Success – On Campus program as university can bring many difficulties for students, yet this program provides great help to navigate these challenges.
