How to apply:
Step 1: Apply online through UWinsite (instructions here)
Step 2: Upload all required MSW Application documents through the University of Windsor's eGAS – electronic Graduate Application System. For further information please visit their website.
Complete the Application to the Master of Social Work Program, School of Social Work, University of Windsor.
The following documents must be submitted online through eGAS:
- 2025-2026 MSW Application for Admission (To be uploaded under the "Soc Wk App" section in eGAS)
- MSW Professional Experience Form
- MSW Personal Statement (To be uploaded under the 'Study Plan/Research Interest' section in eGAS)
- MSW Program Policy Statement

Child Welfare – refers to research in the area of the well-being of children and adolescents.
Health – includes both physical and psychological health issues, determinants of health, and relationships to psycho-social functioning.
Gerontology – encompasses research and practice relating to elderly populations.
If you have a grade point average of 80% or above and are planning to apply to our program, please view the details on how to apply for National and Provincial Scholarships and Awards (NSERC, SSHRC, CIHR, and OGS) and the application deadlines.
