Master’s Program (M2), Master's Qualifying Year (M1), and Doctoral (PhD) Program Admission Requirements
A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 75% (as defined by the Ontario University Registrars Association) in the last 2 years of full-time study is required for consideration into the Physics Master's and Doctoral programs. Possession of the minimum required CGPA does not ensure admission. The actual admitting average varies and is competitive.

- A Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Advanced Physics Test score is helpful to the Admissions Committee to evaluate your application.
