My teaching approach is a mix of my teaching philosophy, teaching practices, and teaching development. Below are a few ways this plays out for me.
Teaching Philosophy: I facilitate individual student learning by identifying the unique characteristics of each student and offering a blend of instruction, coaching, and mentoring to support their individual student development so that they can achieve "bonitatem, disciplinam, scientiam" or goodness, discipline, and knowledge.
Teaching Practices: My teaching practices will help students find their own pathway to success, both inside and outside of the classroom. My teaching will emphasize the pursuit of knowledge, self-improvement, respect for self and others, and individual student learning.
Teaching Development: I am committed to continuing to develop my teaching through experimentation and educational development.
