Memoriam

Faculty of Nursing sessional instructor, Ruel Buen Hufano passed away unexpectedly November 25, 2023.

Ruel was a respected and dedicated member of the Faculty of Nursing since July 2009. He was beloved by students that Ruel had instructed and mentored.

A memorial service was held at Faculty of Nursing on December 6. Ruel will be deeply missed.

Hannah Pare, a 2023 UWindsor graduate who recently passed away, lives on through the Hannah Pare Memorial Scholarship, supporting future generations of nurses with her compassion and spirit.

Recent BScN graduate, Hannah Christine Pare, passed away on May 2, 2024, due to a post-surgical complication.
