​Please be advised that all clinical placement sites are requiring students to be fully vaccinated (i.e., two doses) for COVID-19 (read Pre-Clearance Process Information Sheet). Students who are not fully vaccinated cannot be provided with a clinical placement and cannot progress in the nursing program. Individual clinical placement agencies may require COVID-19 booster shots, however, students are informed prior to placement if this requirement is in effect. Head Start 2024
Yes, I'd like to register for Head Start
The Head Start program is a one-day on-campus orientation event for incoming first-year students and their parents and supporters. It is run by the Student Success & Leadership Centre. Head Start will help prepare incoming students by providing information on clinical, medical and non-medical requirements, lab tour and nursing spaces, and academic advising to help students along their nursing education journey.
We encourage all incoming Year 1 students to register for this important orientation event.
