I currently teach two courses:
- Property Law: This is a mandatory or core course in the first-year law curriculum. It introduces student to the various ways in which law shapes and governs the relationship of people regarding the control of valued or valuable resources.
- Access to Justice: This course is team-taught, and the course guide describes the basic questions to which answers are sought in the course as follows: What is the ideal of access to justice? What are the practical implications of a commitment to that ideal for the substance, process and practice of law in contemporary Canada? Access to Justice is the institutional theme of the University of Windsor Law School
