Windsor Law Alum, San Jose Sharks' coach Pete DeBoer, says he "brings legal eagle sensibility to hockey coaching."
For the first time ever, the Sharks are contenders in the Stanley Cup playoffs, facing off against the Penguins in Game 4.
DeBoer grew up in Dunnville, Ontario, a small town an hour west of Buffalo. He was a Dual JD student who found time to play hockey while studying the law in Windsor and Michigan.
This is DeBoer's second attempt at a Stanley Cup. He also coached the New Jersey Devils in the final round of the playoffs in 2012.
