System Status & Notifications

Most Local Systems Inaccessible - Wednesday, October 16 (Resolved)

Most local systems, including but not limited to the following, are currently inaccessible:

  • UWinsite Student 
  • UWin Account Manager
  • MyAttendance
  • MyUWinfo
  • eCV

The IT Services team is investigating and will restore the systems as soon as possible.

Updates will be posted on this webpage as they become available. 

Wireless Network Maintenance - Friday, October 4, 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
IT Services will be conducting maintenance on the campus wireless network on Friday, October 4th. Users may experience a wireless network outage between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. 
Network maintenance, Tuesday, October 1, 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Complete)

IT Services will perform planned network maintenance to upgrade to the campus Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) & Domain Name System (DNS) servers on Tuesday, October 1st, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

We anticipate no connectivity disruptions during this maintenance period. However, if you do encounter any issues, please restart your machine and attempt to reconnect.

Wireless access on uwindsor is down - Wednesday, September 18 (Resolved)

The uwindsor wireless network is currently unavailable. IT Services is investigating.  

In the meantime, please switch to uwinsecure or eduroam following the instructions found at How to forget Wi-Fi on your device and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

Network Maintenance - Sunday, September 1 from 12 am - 4 am

Scheduled network maintenance will occur on Sunday, September 1 between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. 

You might experience a brief service interruption and may need to restart or login again on some platforms after the maintenance is completed.
