As part of the Server Modernization Project, several systems will be unavailable due to maintenance starting Friday, March 8 at 9:30 p.m., until Saturday, March 9 at 1 p.m., unless noted.
The applications that will be offline include:
- VIP – All modules (Health & Safety, Human Resources, Payroll, Pensions, Position Control, VPA, and Equity)
- MyUWINFO employee portal (including access to T4s)
- My Attendance
- Required Training Site
- Flexible Work Arrangement Request Application
- VIP Interfaces - data integrations for UWinsite Finance, EDS (campus directory)
- Tuition Waiver - restarting on Mon. March 11
- OT call-in system for Facility Services and Campus Police - restarting on Mon., March 11
- Equity Census - restarting on Mon., March 11
Brightspace, UWinsite Student, eCV, and eGAS remain available but the data integrations for these applications will be disrupted during maintenance and restored on Mon., March 11.
The maintenance is necessary to improve security and is scheduled for the weekend to ensure minimal disruption to users.
