Several campus systems will be affected by maintenance, April 25 at 10 p.m.to April 26, at 8:30 a.m.

As part of the Server Modernization Project, UWinID Account updates, including account activation, extending an account, and account password changes will be unavailable starting Thursday, April 25 at 10 p.m., to Friday, April 26, at 8:30 a.m. 

Data integrations will be disrupted for the following systems during the maintenance time, but the systems will remain online:  

  • Accessible Information Management (AIM) 
  • AIMS Parking Online System  
  • Animal Care Certification 
  • Andover/Access Expert (Building Automation) 
  • Brightspace 
  • Destiny
  • eCV 
  • eGAS 
  • Electronic Research Services Office (eRSO/Romeo) 
  • Fusion Campus Rec  
  • MySuccess (Orbis - Career/Coop) 
  • SClogic Package Tracking  
  • StarRez  
  • UWin Account Services 
  • UwinCARD 

The maintenance is necessary to improve security and is scheduled to be completed outside of regular business hours to minimize the disruption to campus.
