The information about vacation entitlement on this webpage applies to the Managerial and Professional Employee Group and non-union employees.
Please note that employees who are governed by the terms and conditions of a Collective Agreement should consult their respective Collective Agreement for vacation entitlement information.
All vacation requests and usage can be entered in UWindsor's My Attendance Application at uwindsor.ca/attendance, until December 13. Please refer to details and instructions for staff, supervisors, and departmental administrators at the Attendance Information Webpage.
Note: As of December 13 the My Attendance Application will become read-only, and all future requests will be entered into the new UWinsite People (UWP) system which will go live on January 6, 2025.
