Group to discuss struggles with obsessive-compulsive disorder

Are you struggling with symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)? Do you find yourself grappling with intrusive thoughts, images, or impulses that you feel you cannot control? Do you engage in checking, washing, arranging, or counting to find some peace?

Let’s talk about it!

This semester, senior graduate students of clinical psychology will run a “Challenging OCD” group under the supervision of Shawn Harrington, clinical training supervisor in the Psychological Services and Research Centre. Sessions will be held at the centre, located at 2629 Riverside Drive W.
