The Alumni and Friends Golf Tournament, July 24 at Beach Grove Golf and Country Club, raised more than $30,000 in support of UWindsor students.
The event attracted more than 150 grads and guests to share in friendly competition, says organizer Rob Janisse.
“This was the first time we have held the tournament at Beach Grove and it proved a huge success,” he says. “In the past 10 years, it has raised over $230,000 for scholarships that help foster excellence in our students.”
