An expert on equity in the academy will explore anti-Black racism initiatives and offer some caveats concerning their implementation in a public online lecture at 10 a.m. Friday, April 29.

Annette Henry is an education professor at the University of British Columbia cross-appointed to its Institute for Race, Gender, Sexuality and Social Justice. Her talk is part of the Distinguished Speaker Series presented by the Office of the Vice-President, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
