Just as you schedule your workday, establish a meal and snack routine when you are at home, says a message shared by the Department of Human Resources with UWindsor faculty and staff.
In a tip provided by dietitian Sara Perissinotti of the Windsor Essex Community Health Centre, it suggests treating food as if you were working on campus, “even pack a lunch the night before to avoid overeating.”
