The parking lot east of Assumption Church will be closed to public use the evening of Thursday, October 6, starting at 5 p.m.

The church is hosting a celebration of the 200th anniversary of Blessed Marie Rose Durocher, founder of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary, a teaching order with a long history in Windsor.

A Mass celebrating the anniversary will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a reception.
