The Windsor Lancers defeated the visiting Carleton Ravens 14-11 Saturday evening at Alumni Field. Thousands of enthusiastic fans cheered the Lancers to victory in the first home playoff game since 2014.

The teams traded the lead throughout the low-scoring battle. With just over four minutes remaining in the final quarter, Evan Martin caught a 25-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Nick Dimovski to put the Lancers ahead. The Ravens were unable to score in the remaining time as the Lancers defense sealed the win with a pivotal fourth quarter stop.

The victory advances Windsor Lancers Football into the OUA semi-finals, pitting them against the Laurier Golden Hawks this upcoming weekend in Waterloo.
