The INCUBATOR Art Lab invites University of Windsor students from all disciplines to join the Fall 2022 BioArt class, BioArt: Contemporary Art and the Life Sciences (VSAR 3860).

Director Dr. Jennifer Willet encourages students from outside the School of Creative Arts to join this crossover lab intended for students from various disciplines. Non-SoCA students will require permission to enrol through Dr. Jennifer Willet. Email Dr. Willet at jwillet@uwindsor.ca.

The course will take place Thursdays from 1 - 4 p.m. in the Armouries Building (downtown campus) in room B36.

The class is an interdisciplinary exploration of the intersections between art and the life sciences through hands-on laboratory protocols, critical readings, theoretical writing, and the production of contemporary artwork. No previous experience in art or biological sciences is required.
