It’s a Western showdown for Lancer teams this weekend, with Windsor hosting Mustangs in four sports.

First up, the men’s volleyball squad will take on its Western counterparts in its final competition of the pre-season, in the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse on Friday, Oct. 29, at 5 p.m.

Lancer football players will enjoy home field advantage as they look to avenge a 4-54 loss two weeks ago in a rematch against the Mustangs on Saturday, Oct. 30. Kickoff at Alumni Stadium is at 2 p.m. The game will also be webcast live on OUA.tv.

Men’s and women’s soccer will close out their regular seasons by hosting Western on Sunday, Oct. 31, on Alumni Field. The women play at 2 p.m. and the men at 4:15 p.m. OUA.tv will carry both contests.

Women’s volleyball will close its pre-season with home-and-away exhibition matches against the St. Clair College Saints. The teams will take to the court in the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, and the Lancers will return the favour in the college’s Sportsplex on Saturday, Oct. 30.
