Lancer Thomas DeMarco took home the individual title at the Ontario University Athletics golf championship tournament Friday, winning recognition as the league’s male athlete of the week.
His three under par score earned him an all-star berth and helped the men’s team finish fifth overall, just one stroke out of third place.
On the women’s side, Laura DeMarco — Thomas’ sister — led Windsor with a bronze medal individual effort that saw the Lancers place second I the team rankings.
